perl-CPAN-2.26-1.lbn25.noarch
The CPAN module automates or at least simplifies the make and install of
perl modules and extensions. It includes some primitive searching
capabilities and knows how to use LWP, HTTP::Tiny, Net::FTP and certain
external download clients to fetch distributions from the net.

perl-CPAN-Changes-0.400002-10.lbn25.noarch
It is standard practice to include a Changes file in your distribution. The
purpose of the Changes file is to help a user figure out what has changed
since the last release.
People have devised many ways to write the Changes file. A preliminary
specification has been created (CPAN::Changes::Spec) to encourage module
authors to write clear and concise Changes.
This module will help users programmatically read and write Changes files
that conform to the specification.

perl-CPAN-DistnameInfo-0.11-8.fc19.noarch
Many online services that are centered around CPAN attempt to
associate multiple uploads by extracting a distribution name from the
filename of the upload. For most distributions this is easy as they
have used ExtUtils::MakeMaker or Module::Build to create the
distribution, which results in a uniform name. But sadly not all
uploads are created in this way.
CPAN::DistnameInfo uses heuristics that have been learnt by
http://search.cpan.org/ to extract the distribution name and version
from filenames and also report if the version is to be treated as a
developer release.

perl-CPAN-Meta-2.120630-239.lbn13.noarch
Software distributions released to the CPAN include a META.json or, for
older distributions, META.yml, which describes the distribution, its
contents, and the requirements for building and installing the
distribution. The data structure stored in the META.json file is described
in CPAN::Meta::Spec.

perl-CPAN-Meta-Requirements-2.122-7.fc19.noarch
A CPAN::Meta::Requirements object models a set of version constraints like
those specified in the META.yml or META.json files in CPAN distributions.
It can be built up by adding more and more constraints, and it will reduce
them to the simplest representation.
