This is a major Plone 3.x release.

In terms of new functionality, there is now a Tax Group/Tax Code feature enabling assignment of tax codes to accounts.  This is taken advantage of in the BastionLedgerPro suite when auto-creating transactions based upon bank records in the Bank Reconciliation tool.

In terms of old functionality, the arcane FSPayroll has been retired, and the BLHistoricals is no longer used for period-end archiving, instead markers are placed in the ledgers.
