BastionBanking is our initiative to actively provide software tools to allow Zope clients to directly integrate their Zope Product's with the banking institution(s) of their choice.

Zope is the leading open source enterprise server environment. It has an active developer community, and over 40000 installations worldwide. In addition, Plone is the leading open source portal, and based entirely upon the Zope framework.

It is very important for us to continue with B2B initiatives to provide the greatest levels of automation possible to make our own product range more attractive to the way you do business.

We see there being two direct lines of funding for the development of this suite: (i) from our own sales; (ii) direct support from client banking institutions contracting us to write and maintain drivers.

We have demonstrable experience in open software development, most of our development team have strong banking and financials experience, and we know about internet security. This gives us fine credentials to develop the mechanisms to give customers TCP/IP access to their financial data.
