perl-Algorithm-Diff-1.1902-17.fc19.noarch: This is a module for computing the difference between two files, two strings, or any other two lists of things. It uses an intelligent algorithm similar to (or identical to) the one used by the Unix "diff" program. It is guaranteed to find the *smallest possible* set of differences.

perl-Algorithm-C3-0.08-12.fc19.noarch: This module implements the C3 algorithm. Most of the uses I have for C3 revolve around class building and metamodels but it could also be used for things like dependency resolution as well since it tends to do such a nice job of preserving local precedence orderings.

pcre-8.38-14.lbn19.x86_64: PCRE, Perl-compatible regular expression, library has its own native API, but a set of wrapper functions that are based on the POSIX API are also supplied in the libpcreposix library. Note that this just provides a POSIX calling interface to PCRE: the regular expressions themselves still follow Perl syntax and semantics. PCRE has its own native API, but a set of "wrapper" functions that are based on the POSIX API are also supplied in the library libpcreposix.
